	description: An interesting piece from the Rising Fawn Pottery, founded and operated by Charles Counts until his death in 2000. The cup is glazed and has an incised suface decor incorporating the text "13 November 1984". Such pieces were quite common at Rising Fawn and Counts is well known for his spontaneous sgraffito decorations. Incised signature on the base as "Rising Fawn" (see alternate view).
